This Privacy Policy explains how Inori Technologies and Services (“we”, “us”, “our”), operating from Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, India, collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit https://inori.services, contact us, pay us, or use our digital products and remote services.
We process personal data in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other rules that apply to payment processing.

We collect only what we need to run the business and deliver our services:

- Project and commercial data — requirements, files, credentials you choose to share, invoices, statements of work, and support correspondence.
- Account and product data — login identifiers, role, usage of our software products, and onboarding details.
- Payment data — payment amount, currency, status, Razorpay payment ID, and the last few digits or method type returned by the payment processor. We do not collect or store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or netbanking passwords. Those are entered on Razorpay’s checkout and handled by Razorpay and its banks.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, referring URL, and pages visited, collected automatically when you use the website.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. Our services and products are intended for businesses and adults.
2. How we use your information
We use personal information to:

- Professional advisers and authorities — accountants, lawyers, or regulators when required by law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
- Your organisation — if you buy on behalf of a company, authorised colleagues may receive project or billing information.
Sub-processors are engaged under confidentiality and data-protection terms appropriate to the service they provide.
4. Payment security
Card and other payment-instrument data is submitted directly to Razorpay over encrypted connections. Razorpay is a PCI-DSS compliant payment aggregator. We never receive your full card number. All communication with this website is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We use essential cookies so the website functions (for example, to keep a session or remember a form state). We may use limited analytics cookies or similar tools to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser.
