Terms of Service.
Effective as of April 7, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Inori Technologies and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.
2. Service Engagement
Inori Technologies and Services provides software development, IT consulting, and QA services. Each project engagement is governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement that outlines specific deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, all intellectual property rights for work delivered to a client will be transferred upon full payment of the agreed-upon fees. Inori Technologies and Services retains the rights to its foundational code, tools, and methodologies developed prior to or independent of the specific engagement.
4. Limitation of Liability
Inori Technologies and Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to our services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Bangalore.
